My remedy of choice: homemade Posole.
When I worked at Arcadia Farms my friends Bernice and Challo, who I absolutely LOVED, taught me how to make a delicious pot of posole. For those who don't know, posole is like a Mexican pulled pork and hominy stew. Delicious.
